Jayson D. Nadolny, Director

Jayson Nadolny serves the Board of Directors as the Director of the Ashtabula GLBT Outreach Alliance.  He is one of the founding members of the organization.  

Jayson resides in Kingsville, Ohio with his partner, Nathan and their cat, Diana and dog, Bo.  He works in the health care field as an Emergency Room Technician and Health Care Security Officer.  He earned degrees from Ecclesia University of Ministry as well as St. John's Evangelical Seminary.  

Rob Miller, Events Coordinator

Rob Miller serves the Board of Directors as the Events Coordinator.  He joined the Board in March 2009.  

Rob resides in Ashtabula, Ohio.  He is a popular performer at various clubs in Youngstown, Warren and Erie.  He performs as a Female Impersonator with the stage name of "Chrystal Rose."

Michael W. Barrett, Secretary

Michael Barrett serves the Board of Directors as the Secretary.  He joined the Board in August 2009.  

Michael is a resident of Perry, Ohio.  He is a Master Gardener with a passion for landscaping. 

Arian Pal, Educational Coordinator

Arian Pal serves the Board of Directors as Educational Coordinator.  He joined the Board in August 2009.  

Arian is passionate about music and drama.  He has performed in many shows at the Ashtabula Arts Center and has an amazing voice.  His talents include but are not limited to vocals, musical instruments and drama.  His plans are to attend the Ohio University in 2010.  

Stephanie Sheesley, Assistant Events Coordinator

Stephanie Sheesley serves the Board of Directors as Assistant Events Coordinator.  She joined the Board in August 2009.  

Stephanie and her partner Mandi live in Ashtabula, Ohio with their beautiful children.  She was recently promoted from Events Committee member to the Board of Directors to assist Rob Miller in planning and execution of events.  

Mandi Lynch, Literary Liason Board Member

Mandi Lynch serves the Board of Directors as Literary Liason Board Member.  She joined the Board in February 2009.  

Mandi resides in Nashville, TN and serves the Board from a distance.  She grew up in Kingsville, Ohio and is a graduate of Edgewood Senior High School.  She holds a degree in Marketing and is the Editor/Owner of Ink Monkey Magazine in Nashville.
